About the Application Process

• Submit your application.

• A member of our team will reach out to schedule an initial phone interview.

• If you’re moved to the next stage, at that time we will collect:

  • Thorough work history.

  • 3 professional references. These references could be supervisors, teachers, coaches, or other types of mentors. We cannot accept references from family members.

  • Art, Dance and Theater counselor applicants will also be asked to provide portfolios at this time.

• The final steps then are a Zoom interview with members of our leadership team, and where pertinent, a second Zoom interview with the director of your program area of interest.
