Enrollment FAQs

A deposit is required to hold your camper’s spot:
$900 for 2 weeks
$650 for 1 week

Families can join our waitlist here, and there’s no deposit required to hold your spot (when signing up for the waitlist, payment information is collected for future but nothing is charged until you come off the list).
If a space becomes available, we’ll reach out to you before making any changes or charges to confirm that the session still works for your schedule.

The full camp balance is due by May 1.
We offer a variety of payment plan options where you can pay in installments or you can elect to simply pay the full balance on May 1.
We accept credit card and eCheck payments.

Our Camper Assurance Program (CAP) can be added onto your enrollment for $150. This provides protection of the investment in camp should you need to cancel for any personal reason.

Yes, transportation to camp is available for an additional fee ($125 each way). Transportation is available from NYC area (Westchester) and Boston (Wellesley).
For campers who need to fly in, airport pickup is also available from Boston Logan International Airport.
