  • A deposit is required to hold your camper’s spot:

    • $1200 for 2 weeks

    • $900 for 1 week

  • We accept credit card and eCheck payments.

    When you enroll, you may either pay your balance in full or select our installment payment plan.

    The installment plan consists the deposit upon enrolling followed by three equal payments, with one-third of your balance due on December 1, February 1, and May 1 each.

  • Our Camper Assurance Program (CAP) can be added onto your enrollment for $150. This provides protection of the investment in camp should you need to cancel for any personal reason.

  • Yes, transportation to camp is available for an additional fee ($125 each way). Transportation is available from NYC area (Westchester) and Boston (Wellesley).

    For campers who need to fly in, airport pickup is also available from Boston Logan International Airport or Albany NY Airport.

  • If a session fills, we will indicate that above. If nothing is noted, that means space is still available!

    For the waitlist, there’s no deposit required to hold your spot (when signing up for the waitlist, payment information is collected for future but nothing is charged until you come off the list).

    If a space becomes available, we’ll reach out to you before making any changes or charges to confirm that the session still works for your schedule.
